Process
Select the package that best fits your vision and choose your preferred session date. Once availability is confirmed, we will begin the booking process.
STEP 2
To officially secure your session, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required. Your date is reserved once both are completed.
STEP 3
Arrive at the studio 15 minutes before your scheduled date and time. Relax, enjoy the experience, and let us create beautiful memories. On the day of your session, you will receive a USB drive (except outdoor photoshoot) containing all unedited RAW images
STEP4
Online gallery link will be sent for selection within 48 hours. Final edited images (included in your package) will be delivered within 7 days after your selection is submitted and confirmed.

CANCELATION
- The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances (except for pandemic or hurricanes).
PLANS CAN CHANGE
RESCHEDULING
- Rescheduling may be granted at the photographer's discretion, provided the new date is selected at least 15 days prior to the scheduled photo session; if rescheduling occurs with 14 days or less notice, a new retainer payment will be required.
- Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original date, otherwise, the amount paid as a retainer will be forfeited.
GET ORGANIZED
LATE ARRIVALS
- Clients arriving late will lose that portion of the scheduled session time.
- Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival and the total package price must be paid.
- Check the photographer's availability for a possible same-day reschedule for a $50 fee.
- If the Client arrives more than 15 minutes late (silver package), 30 minutes late (gold package) or 45 minutes late (platinum package) the Photographer may cancel the session without refund.
MINOR
CHILD SUPERVISION
Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children at all times while on the studio premises. Children must not climb, run, play on studio equipment, touch lighting equipment, backdrops, props, furniture, electronics, or any other studio property unless specifically directed by the Photographer. The Photographer and studio staff are not responsible for supervising children at any time. The Client assumes full responsibility for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from a child's actions while on the premises.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
PROPERTY DAMAGE
The Client accepts responsibility for any damage caused by themselves, their children, guests, pets, or any person accompanying them to the session. This includes, but is not limited to: Cameras, Lenses, Lighting equipment, Backdrops, Props, Furniture, Decorations, Electronics, Floors, Walls. The Client agrees to reimburse the Photographer for the full cost of repair or replacement, including labor, shipping, installation, and any resulting loss of business.
Payment for damages shall be due within ten (10) days of written notice.
BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY
SELECTION AND DOWNLOAD
The client has 30 days to select their photos; after this period, the link will expire, and the photographer will choose the photos included in the package. Once the final link containing the edited photos is delivered, the client has 30 days to download them; after this time, the link will expire, and the photographer is under no obligation to retain the photos. Should the client wish to access the photos again in the future and provided the photographer still has them (which is not guaranteed) a $50 fee will be charged to resend them.
